Charithra Chandran will play Edwina Sharma, Kate’s younger sister and Shelley Conn will play Mary Sharma, Kate’s mother.

ジュリア・クイン（Julia Quinn）の小説シリーズ第二弾『ブリジャートン家２　不機嫌な子爵のみる夢は』（The Viscount Who Loved Me：竹書房刊）を基にしたシーズン２では、ジョナサン・ベイリー（Jonathan Bailey）演じるアンソニー・ブリジャートンと、ケイト役のシモーヌ・アシュリー（Simone Ashley）が次第に惹かれあうカップルを演じます。

新たに登場するキャラクターは、ケイトの妹エドウィーナ役のチャリタ・チャンドラン（Charithra Chandran）、姉妹の母役にシェリー・コン（Shelley Conn）、勤勉で正義感の強い青年テオ・シャープ役のカラム・リンチ（Calam Lynch）、そしてブリジャートン家のある人物と深い関係のあるジャック役のルパート・ヤング（Rupert Young）です。

シーズン１で主演したサイモン役のレゲ＝ジャン・ペイジ（Rege-Jean Page）は、シーズン２から出演しないことも発表されました。現在ロンドンで新シーズンを撮影中と伝えられているネットフリックスの『ブリジャートン家』は、2021年内中の配信を予定しています。
